In this museum you will find Norwegian architecture and interior in the cutest way - it almost looks like a japanese cartoon taking place in Norway! Google it and see the pictures and you will understand

One of our best trips was to see Ole Bull's summer house on the island of Lysoen. The house and island was sensational. After a short presentation on Ole Bull, we toured the house and then the grounds. Totally worth the visit. As stated by...More

The house and its' furnishing are beautiful. The docent had such interesting information to share with Ole Bull, his accomplishments, his wife/family, etc. Definitely learned a lot and enjoyed the visit much more than I thought I would. Would recommend visiting.

Nice little ferry ride to the island. The tour guide gave a very interesting lecture. Amazing home. I had never heard of Ole Bull but he was an amazing Rock Star in his day. The ladies even swooned over him and his music performances.

The drive from Bergen is very picturesque, with narrow, winding roads through hilly terrain. The island...More
