Christmas at Llandudno 2016

All on the level, we walked for ages with our daughter. Plenty of people about walking with family/friends/dogs

We walked from the house we were staying in in Rhos (Meadway House) to the top of the Little Orme. It would have been about half an hour if not for detours onto the beach, climbing a steep gully, looking at the old quarrying machinery and World War II artifacts, taking photos of each other and of the views and... As others have said, this is easy to forget but well worth the effort. There are a number of ways to get to the top but we like the route from the estate road that runs behind the Co-op, parallel with its frontage. Keep walking and within 300 yds you see a tourist sign on the right, pointing left. Within... More

It takes some effort to get to the top of this Orme but the views form the top are well worth it. The paths are marked but can be very muddy and slippy.

When in Llandudno most people tackle the Great Orme. The Little Orme is far less popular, yet gives excellent views, subtly different from those from the Great Orme, a choice of summits (the top being a saddle) and the advantage of being away from the crowds.

We walked to the top and were rewarded by the magnificent views and spectacular scenery. The walk is quite steep in places, but not too difficult. The children 6 and 8 managed it very well and really enjoyed it. Definitely worth doing.

Great Orme's little brother, but worth a visit. Cormorants and seals to be found and some pleasant walking to be enjoyed.

while visiting little orme follow the footpath to Angel Bay. Seals rest on the beach, bring your camera's, excellent photo opportunities. Today we were lucky enough to see dolphins heading around little orme. swam by in two's and three's, saw 15, so lucky as i have only seen two before. So many sea birds on the cliff. A great place... Since this is the "little" Orme you should' t be expecting as much of a hike as on the Great Orme. It is still a very good place to visit. On of the perks of the Little Orme is there is a cove there where seals like to hang out.

In Angel Bay usually rest a family of seals. Was a great opportunity to see them in the wild. Is a great walk and usually full of families with kids and dogs :)
