Maud's Attic is a small quaint shop with a totally relaxed way of displaying it's offering. from my limited experience here, most items are reasonably priced. i am surprised to see the shops products described as shabby chic, i wouldnt put it in that category at all. perhaps those reviewers have another motive! St.Peter's Street is a wonderful street to... More

Thank you so much for taking the trouble to write this review, I have been in St Peter's Street for 20 years this year and it has been lovely to see the improvements over this time - and very encouraging for all the other diverse shops both here and in St Nicholas Street. More

I regularly visit this shop and find the owner friendly and informative. Her stock is varied, and includes many unusual items and styles at excellent prices. I have never been disappointed with my purchases and am always tempted to buy even when just browsing! I think this shop is one of Ipswich's treasures and highly recommend a visit.

A wonderful shop full of quirky and beautiful products at reasonable prices and with great customer service. Be warned..even if you plan to just buy gifts there you will want to treat yourself also.

my sister and I frequently visit Maud's Attic when we want something unusual for a birthday or Christmas present and are never disappointed. All 3 shops are run by the mum, husband and son who are always friendly, helpful and Willing to offer assistance. The gifts are reasonably priced. Well done to the 3 of you.

Maud's attic used to be a little treasure trove many years ago, but since my mum visited not so long ago and said it was all shabby chic now I had to see it to believe it. I went down there today to see what it is like for myself - looked in the window I saw shabby chic, walked... More

We came across Maud's Attic by accident when we visited Ipswich for the day. St. Peter's Street has an excellent selection of quality shops and Maud's is a great place to wander around. The stock is an eclectic collection of lovely things for the home and as gifts for others. If we had time we could probably have done all... More

Fantastic gem of a find - lots of lovely things for friends and family and treating yourself too! Bought a really unusual Peter Pan diamanté collar necklace for £28 - a bargain. Would have paid a lot more. Fantastic customer service too. Thoroughly recommended. Will be back.
