Delicious food from an extensive menu for breakfast, brunch, lunch and afternoon tea. There is much that is locally sourced (probably from the shop) and the cakes are homemade. Whatever meal you go for you will find ot hard to go home without a cake!

Recently visited Alder Carr farm shop and was pleasantly surprised. Good quality produced and reasonably priced. They also sell plants which were the best I've seen in a while and again very competitively priced. Unfortunately we didn't have the same experience in the cafe. I ordered a latte which hardly tasted of coffee, more like warm watered down milk! My... More

Great place, superb oak frame dining area which is just gorgeous and so light. Staff were super helpful and very chirpy. Drinks were very good. Not pricey. Will defo go back here to sample the cakes as they looked lovely and I really was sad to go so soon on arriving but it was only a brief coffee meeting and... More

Lovely farm shop with a wide range of produce and gifts. And of course their award winning ice cream is available to buy, which I highly recommend. Worth a visit.

The farms restaurant offers a wonderful choice of homemade luncheon specials, sandwiches, stuffed baked potatoes with a choice of fillings and delicious desserts. The farm has homemade products in its own shop along with a cute little shop offering local made jewelry and other goodies. The grounds are lovely and it's a great place for families with children. Went here with friends for tea and scones, we should have booked I was so surprised how busy they were, luckily we got a table but only for 1 hour. The craft shops are nice as was the farm shop, the food I bought although more expensive than the supermarket was lovely tasting fresh produce.

A random Google search for 'Breakfast on our way to Woodbridge' which turned out to be an excellent breakfast. Very very popular, beautiful setting, and ended up being one of the best breakfasts we have had. There are lots of little individual shops on site too which are definitely worth a look. Definitely give it another try but also definitely... More

Arranged to meet family for a coffee and easter egg trail, went to the barn coffee shop first before venturing into the nature trail, very warm and friendly, but be advised it is best to book, this seems to be a very popular spot, we were offered a table with a time limit on it before the next people arrived,... Food was very good. Unfortunately the experience was let down by the snooty service that we received. It was rather busy when we were there, and the staff seemed quite overwhelmed and short of politeness, almost to the extent where we felt like a burden. A real shame. Weekends and busy times best avoided.
