The park is amazing but you do need good weather to enjoy it properly. Unfortunately it rained whilst we were there but even so you got a good idea of what a sunny day would look like from the views from the house.

So lucky to gave Burghley Park here in Stamford...teaming with deer and spectacular views it's ideal to visit with the family or friends and enjoy a breath taking Country park with a magnificent stately home back drop. A real must for any visitor or local!

We visited Burghley park just before Easter and found it an enchanting place to walk with Burghley House as a backdrop.

This is a lovely space to walk while appreciating the timeless beauty of Burghley House and the deer enclosures. The park is large enough to allow for a walk of at least an hour and can be accessed in all seasons

We enjoyed a calm and quiet walk in the park. Plenty of parking space early on and wonderful photos of the deer were possible due to the lack of people first thing in the morning.

Lovely parkland to walk through, to see the deer and admire the ancient trees with Burghley House as a magnificent backdrop. Bright sunshine glistening on the last of the snow made it magical. Also no entry fee to the park and dogs allowed if on...More

It's easy to spend many hours enjoying this stunning park - from the walled gardens to the wide open spaces of the great park. Well maintained and interesting to see the heritage of the estate preserved for generations to come.

What a lovely place to have a restful walk. Vast area to enjoy the grounds with their own herd of deer walking freely around.

Don’t know. Plenty of clear space but as private land you will need to ask, I think. Good luck.
