My husband myself and two friends went, there's no concessions for seniors or disabled although disabled cannot get round it all! Wasn't impressed not value for money not a patch on the deep at Hull which is cheaperMore

Very disappointed dirty smelly limited sea life the staff were unhelpful and unknowlegeable the pools were dirty and smelly there was no help or access for disabled visitors part of the exhibition was closedMore

Excellent aquarium with a lot of amazing & fascinating things to see. Wide range of creatures, with talks/hands-on sections & big seal sanctuary. Good gift shop... cafe looked a bit dull, but there are places to eat nearby.
