This is a lovely place to visit. Spend some time and enjoy the space. It's a lovely walk even if the kids are now a bit too old to play on the ship, flying fox etc etc.

This area is worth a visit anytime of year for all ages. For adults it's a delightful place for walking around or sitting enjoying the sea views. The gardens have things of interest all year. The children's play area is a joy, a place of adventure. Worth a visit.

This country park, built sound the former toll road from Folkestone to Sandgate, is a wonderful amenity with something for everyone. There is a children's play park, hard or soft walking, BBQ/picnic sites, access to the seaside promenade and several beach areas, and the excellent Mermaid cafe (on the concrete promenade below the play park). There is parking both ends... More

This is an fantastic walk. It's really peaceful, very green and by the edge of the sea. Even better, if you take children there is a small, free adventure playground. What's not to love?
