It really is a beautiful house. National Trust staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. It's our second visit and this time we sampled the food. We had a baked potato and a chicken noodle and veg salad which was very tasty.

We've been here 6 times now. Absolutely love it. The house inside is fantastic (hate their art taste, pre raphalite) but each to their own. The architecture is amazing and we love the gardens
