Arrived a little early as not sure of area for parking (no problem as we parked just along from the entrance to the shop). Welcomed by Alex who served us with coffee and some cheery chat. Hugh then gave us a very informative tour which we enjoyed. Rounded the evening off with a refreshing beer. Made a few purchases from... More

Visited the brewery and visitor centre with a group of mates. Hugh and Alex were great guides and looked after us with a few beers and some food after the tour.

Today I attended my second banks brewery tour and I really loved it once again! We first attended on Halloween and were made to feel so welcome and invited. The tour is very informative and fun, great to learn lots of interesting facts about how the beer is brewed and the brewery history. It's great for all ages too, our... More

We had a fantastic tour at the brewery. With Hugh as our guide, we were given a behind the scenes view of the workings of the brewery and how the perfect beer is made. Hugh was knowledgeable, informative, and a real gentleman. He gave us some great information, and he made the tour interesting and funny. This tour really is... More

Fun and informative tour of Banks's Brewery in Wolverhampton by Alex, who seems to know everything there is to know about crafting the perfect pint! Followed by some self-served beers in the bar (included in the price of the tour) with more words of wisdom from Tony. Both lovely chaps who are more than happy to share their extensive knowledge.... An enjoyable tour of the Banks's brewery house and amazing to see they still use some of the same old barrels (if re-lined) as they did back in the day. With 3 halves of beer afterwards to sample in a relaxed little bar chatting with the lovely guide Hugh.

The brewery tour was very good, the guide (an ex geordie,I think his name was Alec) was first class, very informative with a good sense of humour. The samples at the end of the tour went down well and the young lady in the shop was also very helpful. Also the online booking is very easy to use. Thanks for... More

Booked this as a treat for my husband and brother-in-law and they loved it. Very friendly tour staff and informative tour, followed by a tasting session - which, of course, was apparently the best bit. Easy parking and a shop where you can buy good value supplies. Voted a great evening out.

Visited the Brewery for a tour as part of a group. What a great way to spend a couple of hours. Very interesting and informative. Bob and Alex made everyone at home and delivered the tour in a really friendly and fun manner. Great personalities. Great stuff. Highly recommended.

Bob and Alex our hosts made our visit an enjoyable evening all round. Bob explained the process and history whilst when back in the "bar" they were entertaining and made the evening light hearted and the feel of a true local. Excellent tour and refreshments afterwards cheers and good health.
