A lovely little find

Not a big place but just enough for a stroll. Lovely to see the bluebells just coming out. The farm has just a few sheep, pigs, hens, ducks and geese. We had lunch in the cafe... read more

This is a beautiful and rustic little farm which is free and open to the public, and is absolutely perfect for an hour with the kids on a nice morning or afternoon. There are ducks, geese, chickens, sheep, pigs and sometimes a surprise cockerel which always scares the life out of us! The farm itself doesn't take long to walk... More

Visited today with my one year old daughter. I live local and being meaning to pop in after seeing it online. There's not much to see but had a nice walk around with my daughter and she liked the animals. It was the tea rooms that let it down for me, I was alone and asked the lady at the... More

Fair enough, they're probably preparing for the summer season/dealing with lambing. Asked for a large breakfast and an extra plate to share and received less than luke warm service, no smiles or even a greeting. When... More

We saw this place on the Ordnance Survey map and called in on our way to Moseley Old Hall, a National Trust property nearby that is also worth a visit. Northycote Farm is a little gem and should be better in known. Interesting buildings, farm animals, a herb garden, a sensory garden and some nice walks. At this time of... More

Not a big place but just enough for a stroll. Lovely to see the bluebells just coming out. The farm has just a few sheep, pigs, hens, ducks and geese. We had lunch in the cafe. Big portions of simple but tasty food and at a cheap price e.g lasagne, chips and salad for £4.25. A great way to spend... More

Had a nice day out here and our young children enjoyed it. The farm animals section isn't that big but there is plenty of walking space and it's popular with dog walkers. Plus it's free so what more can you ask for. The on site cafe was very good, food reasonably priced and quick, friendly service. A big selection of... More
