Given many choices our two grandsons (9 and 14) chose to return to the Aviation Museum. Run by enthusiastic volunteers, all of whom are passionate about aircraft, it is a special place where young and old can truly get a sense of what it must...More

Compact but extremely interesting and entertaining museum. Good range of cockpits to scramble into and lots of information and history of the individual aircraft. Would be enjoyed by both young and young at heart. Keep up the good work.

The cockpit is accessible-but the pilot's seats are not.. If we have a Vulcan open day we make special arrangements when it is possible to access the pilot's seats. We don't know when this will be but unlikely this year.
