Vistsed on a two day break. This is a beautiful arts and crafts house built by a brewer originally for a holiday home. Great views over Windermere from the gardens. Well worth a trip

Absolutely delicious. Everything freshly baked, with a very tempting selection. Even the coffee was good - a most unusual experience in the UK. Would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful house, full of inspiration, and so peaceful and calming. We visited mid week. The staff are very welcoming and passionate about the house. The tea rooms are excellent.
