This interesting property has many fine details on wall paneling, furniture ,fireplaces and fabrics. It's a lovely place to spend a morning wandering round looking for fine detail crafted with such care or just sitting in one of the many window seats admiring the view

Built for a beer baron from Manchester as a vacation house, it later became a school , offices and now thankfully saved as a museum/ exhibits space. We saw a Grayson Perry pottery exhibition and enjoyed exploring the house itself.
