On the way to the Breakwater and castle. Temporary bridge as old bridge being repaired. We wondered how many of the vessels ever moved. Lots of fishing boats tied up

Lovely clean beach with golden sand. Very well looked after with no litter anywhere. Great walks nearby up the hill to corrins folly tower behind the harbour. Great sunsets over the castle

Just walked around looking at the boats moored up.Not suitable for young children as the railings around the quayside are spaced out too far apart and in some places, non-existent.

When the Todd is out there is a great beach to walk along and when it's in have a good look around the marina. Super place and nice and quiet. Recommended

Connecting the lower part of the town to the castle, its a lovely place to walk by, watch the life of the moored boats and relax. Lovely place to watch sunset from the hill next to it.

On a sunny day this is a lovely walk and takes in the splendour of the expansive sandy beach and the castle on the promontory. Walk to and around the castle and to the end of the quay.

Called here on Mad Sunday and it was very busy. There were bands on and tasty food stall as well as other stalls. Great atmosphere. Spent a nice afternoon in the sun sat near the beach next to the Castle.

Peel has it all. It has all the charm of a lovely old fishing village. Especially when the fishing boats come in and the sea lions are in tow looking for tasty morsels! The museum - House of Manannan. Peel castle on St Patrick’s Isle,...More
