Tucked away in splendid woodland surroundings, but no time to view the gardens or nursery, will come back another day though. Lovely, friendly, lady owner, who offered her kitchen table or outdoors! We chose outdoors. And, Lemon Drizzle Cake. Yummy! Blankets were provided as there was a chill in the air! Will definitely return.

We enjoy taking people who are new to Cornwall to this Nursery to give them some idea of the variety of plants that can be grown here by amateurs. You can be sure of receiving very honest advice - Clare will certainly tell you if she does not think that particular plant will grown where you were planning for it... More

Brilliant little garden just of the road with loads of character. The gardens are a real labour of love for the owners. We were fascinated by all the little paths, hidden art works, and circle of stones. We also had a coffee and a slice of home-made cake, which were delicious. The only problem we had was that the paths... More

We visited here last year and we had the most delicious home made cake. The owner is so friendly and it's like a little haven hidden away

A little out of the way and not helped by the road works on the A30 however when you get there you will be surprised by how peaceful the garden is. We walked around three times and noticed different plants each time. Garden has been developed over the last 30 years by the current owners and included many quirky ornaments.... More

My daughter and I visited with our dog Ozzy and were the only visitors in the garden - a treat for anyone on a visit to Cornwall at bank holiday! We were welcomed by the owners and the map gave us a history of its owners and growth. This is a different garden as it is a labour of love... More

I'd strongly recommend visiting this garden and the nursery. The garden is individual. The area around the cottage is planted with light airy plants, which in August were largely pink and yellow in colour scheme, enhanced by airy grasses and the purple splashes of Verbena Bonariensis. There are also shady areas, planted with japanese maples, etc. The whole garden has... More

We visited the Pinsla Garden & Nursery while on holiday in Cornwall. The garden is surrounded by tranquil woodland and is an ideal place to chill out. There are cobbled pathways which wind in and out of the shrubbery, with something different to see at every turn. While walking around the garden, we saw some beautiful flowers and plants, some... Today was a lovely sunny May Sunday - for a change. We live five minutes from Pinsla Gardens and have been meaning to go there for several months since we moved in. We chose a good day to go, it was a soft, warm gentle afternoon and the first thing that we noticed was the smell from some of the... More

Not one of you modern flashy garden centres where they sell everything including the kitchen sink. A down to earth plantsman's nursery with a wide range of plants. We bought a number to take back home and I would have bought but for lack of space in the car. Lovely mushroom soup in the tea room. All in all a... More
