I grew up walking round Richmond park, I am always going for walks there at the weekend and I always fascinated to find different routes I have never been on before. They have duck ponds, you can walk your dog there and the wildlife is...More

I understand that Richmond Park is the largest, quietest and, at night, darkest park in London and until the last few years, I've had a love affair with it. But now it's ruined by sheer numbers of visitors at weekends and any sunny holiday period...More

My favorite place in London. It is amazing, you can see the deers really close. I strongly recommend not only going to the park, but also go to the river and the city center area with lovely coffee shops and restaurants.

With a family guest from Canada visiting, we went to Pembroke Lodge for coffee and after a healthy walk down to Isabella Plantation went back for a sandwich lunch. It is always a place to enjoy away from the bustle of London life - the...More

Whenever we are down, we get in the car and drive through the park to commune with the beautiful deer. Then we do a walk, perhaps to see the swans at the Pen Ponds, the Isabella Plantation with its wonderful selection of plants or climb...More

Loved this beautiful park. So happy we got to see some deer. Very peaceful. It's just a shame that so much traffic passes through in rush hour, obviously used as a short cut. Speed limit is 20 mph but this is ignored. Maybe a £10...More

Within the park, there is the option to rent bikes. I'm not sure where within the park exactly, but once in the park, there are ample signs and notice boards
