Best spot to spend the day away from the city. It's not far at all and you can have a beautiful walk around "Isabella Plantation"(famous garden). A pick-nick is a great idea in the summer. Melhor lugar para passar o dia forea da cidade. Não é muito longe e você pode dar uma bela caminhada pelo "Isabella Plantation" (famoso jardim).... More

You will find deer roaming around in this park. This is a very large Royal park and has many gates; kingston, Ham, Richmond Hill, Roehampton and has roads connecting the gates for cars. You can drive through the park. On the Richmond Hill side of the park is a medium sized carpark & cafe house where the veiws are stunning.... More

I went to this park because I heard you can see deer out in the open so I had to go and visit it. We went on the weekend during the time the temperatures in south England were soaring into the late 20's. It was a gorgeous day, we started heading uphill, then rested by some lovely trees and flowers.... More

This is a stunning park - with deer running wild. Ponds to explore and just wonderful walks . Childhood memories of the park were not spoiled when i returned recently - it was just as beautiful as i remember it .

The park offers an excellent respite to sub urban London. A huge park, with a very back to nature feel to it. The presence of so many deer is a great bonus. A lovely place for a country walk but don't come here looking for tourist attractions. The park IS the attraction!

It is all here, just about every amenity you could wish for. A plantation with exotic flowers, ponds with exotic fish, herds of deer (beware, in the mating season the stags appear from nowhere and chase you off!). Policemen and policewomen on horseback, marshes for the kids to get stuck in, panoramic views, it's a photographers paradise. The Royal ballet... More

We are lucky to have such an amenity in London. You can walk, ride, cycle or drive through the park. Any if those means of transportation are worth trying. You may have to pause to let the deer cross the road. There is a superb view of London from King Henry's mount. There are many things to see and a... More

This park is truly unique. It's the biggest I've ever visited that is not a natural reserve. The landscapes are truly romantic and you get to see the deers and bucks.

We were fortunate to have a beautiful February morning for an after breakfast walk through the park. So good to see the deer & almost impossible to believe you were so close to Central London.
