A unique and exciting Experience

We went to Hidden Canyon not long ago and absolutely loved it! You get to follow the river up through the beautifully carved out canyon, climbing, scrambling, swimming and swinging as you go. Take the option for the full tour and you will walk back through beautiful rice paddies and crops. Definitely worth the price of entry!

Great outdoor activity

Highly recommended with children of age 8 and above. Pleasant canyon with everything organized in the most convinient way. Lockers, towels, dry bags and guides who become your personal photographers.

Its Hidden Paradise for Trackers
Dec 2020 • Friends
I accidentally found this tourist destination, it is located 2km from the Guwang market. The entry fee for local turists is IDR 75,000 / Pax including Guide, Towel. In total there are 3 Spots that will be passed but I only reached the Spot, because there was not much time (I had to immediately check out of the hotel). The track taken is quite extreme for beginners, but you don't have to worry because the guidelines are very professional and responsive. If you go there, prepare a change of clothes, because we will go through the rock and river tracks.

So happy we risked it!
Feb 2020 • Family
This was high up on the list of things to do for my husband and oldest child who is fourteen. Originally they were going to take a moped down from Ubud whilst l hung out at the pool with the two youngest, ages 11 and 7. However after talking to our driver he reassured us that we would all manage it. He was right, but l must add that our children are fairly gung-ho and up to try most things. It's not for children who dislike taking risks. The rocks can be slippy in places and you have to be able to trust yourself and your guide. It's really quite tame for those used to adventure but perfect for a family wanting a small taste of it. Our guides (as usual) were great with the kids and a lot of fun. If you're thinking this might be for you l would go for it. The beauty of being here in February was that we nearly had the canyon to ourselves :)

FANTASTIC ADVENTURE
Dec 2019
I like to walk in the water and up to the canyon, used the natural swing from the root of some trees is very fun. The beautiful view along on the canyon along the river is absolutely amazing. I liked also playing the stone and made some stone pagoda. Ad the end of the adventure I visited a mini zoo where i found some big snakes and beautiful birds to play with. Highly recommended.

Great fun, albeit not for the faint-hearted!

Some of the (photoshopped) pictures on Google are a bit deceiving.. this is not a landmark or a relaxing enclosed canyon river walk, as we were led to believe!

Doing the Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon felt more like Ninja Warrior or Takeshi's Castle. With strong currents, slippy moss and sharp unseeable underwater rocks, this place is hazardous! You will love this activity if you enjoy a physical challenge, but don't underestimate the dangers of this canyon!

Highly recommended if this is your cup of tea. I would definitely do this again, but this time I'll ensure to dress more appropriately!

We stumbled across the hidden canyon purely by accident! (We saw it on google maps while heading to a waterfall)
It was more than we could possibly have imagined!
There are 3 canyons. And you have to option to explore 1 or all 3... be prepared to get wet and do a little climbing! It’s amazing and well worth the trip! It’s something you’ll never forget and absolutely love. We honestly can’t speak highly enough!

Wonderful adventure in Ubud not to be missed
Dec 2019 • Family
This was our first family trip to the Hidden Canyon and it was absolutely fabulous. Our guide Pak Wayan was friendly and knowledgeable and took very good care of us to make sure everyone was safe. It was great fun trekking through the three canyons. Some parts may be a little challenging to navigate and would require a bit of wit & stamina. Be prepared to get wet too! Highly recommended if you are looking for an adventure with some adrenalin!

Absolutely amazing experience
Nov 2019 • Friends
We visited the canyon without reading much beforehand. Our guide, Yoga, was absolutely fantastic. He was kind, funny, extremely helpful and strong (handy when some of us struggled a bit mid-way), and took great pictures for us. We did the trip without shoes and would've brought spare clothes had we realised beforehand how wet the trip makes us. First part was surprisingly tough, currents were strong, but with the help of our guide we all made it safely and smiling until the end. Beautiful scenery. An experience we will never forget!

Good adventure
Aug 2019
Had a great afternoon here, Our guide was patient and helpful. We left cameras and mobiles in locker but our guide took photos for us as he had a waterproof bag and sent them to us at the end.
Some of it is quite challenging especially if you are on the shorter side like me but we loved every second of it. If you can't climb a certain bit you do have the option to swim past that bit and restart a little later on.
