What a name! Must be one of the most photographed railway stations ever. Massive car park and Pringles shopping outlet next door. You cannot go to Anglesey and not take a photo here.

I just had to go to this railway station so I could get my wife to take the photograph of me under the sign. It's famous for being the longest name in Britian of course!

Don't miss going to the town of Llanfair+++, in Northwest Wales, quintessential old train station that has a post office were you can get a visa type stamp for your passport, different kind of souvenir.

You forget you're on the mainline to Holyhead but you can take great pictures from the different platforms and over track bridge of the station name signs which is what most people are here for... and it's free.

The place with the longest name in the world - all 58 letters, which remains unpronounceable - just has to be visited. It's a working railway station and the name is broken up into syllables on the station platform - didn't help. The name is...More
