Great gear, Jo was very helpful with loading and did great training. Friendly service. Even lent us better raincoats than we had. Would use again. Recommended.

During our half day with Kahu we encountered two of the owners - Steve and Andy - and it's obvious the are passionate about the business and that they have a team that shares the passion. We did a half day guided tour from Marahau to Watering Cove and returned to base on Kahu's own water taxi after lunch (that... More

My family and I had an unforgettable experience on our Kahu Kayak tour. It was just the four of us with just one other couple, making it feel very personalised and exclusive. The tour guide was very friendly and informative, but didn't overload us with information. She even made us our choice of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate on the... More

We went on the 1 day Marine Reserve trip. The whole Kahu Kayaks operation is so well set up and seamless. The staff were all very friendly and our guide, Matt, was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We would highly recommend this company to others!

We just had an amazing trip to the marine reserve with Chris, our guide.the small group of just 8 people was very comfortable, Chris was a very nice guide (thanks for all you did for us), this kayaking Trip is probably the best way to discover the Abel tasman. Would love to do this again.

Thanks to Everyone at Kahu Kayaks for a wonderful day. From Matt the water taxi driver to Luke and Brad (our tour guides). We have done the tour twice and it is always great. Everyone who we have dealt with is so friendly. It was a lot of fun and very informative. Would do it again if we came back... More

We did a freedom kayak exploration of Abel Tasman and had a great time. Kahu was responsive via email to help us decide where to go (based on the dates and tides) and whether a guided tour or freedom kayak would work best. We left a couple items behind by accident and were able to easily retrieve them the next... More

Amazing day out in the Abel Tasman National Park. The relaxed walk takes you along the stunning coastline with plenty of photo opportunities, and the kayak back gives you another perspective of the park. The highlight of course, the colony of seals! A must do while in the area!

I traveled New Zealand with Kiwi Experience and this tour was one of my favorites! The place is incredible, the staff is friendly and helpful and the whole journey was awesome. I did the whole day kayak + walk and totally recommend it. We stopped along the way to see the seals (respecting their space) and was beautiful, a great... More
