We did a freedom kayak exploration of Abel Tasman and had a great time. Kahu was responsive via email to help us decide where to go (based on the dates and tides) and whether a guided tour or freedom kayak would work best. We left a couple items behind by accident and were able to easily retrieve them the next... More

Amazing day out in the Abel Tasman National Park. The relaxed walk takes you along the stunning coastline with plenty of photo opportunities, and the kayak back gives you another perspective of the park. The highlight of course, the colony of seals! A must do while in the area!

I traveled New Zealand with Kiwi Experience and this tour was one of my favorites! The place is incredible, the staff is friendly and helpful and the whole journey was awesome. I did the whole day kayak + walk and totally recommend it. We stopped along the way to see the seals (respecting their space) and was beautiful, a great... More

Had an awesome morning out with these guys. Got up to a spectacular frosty winters morning to be picked up from our lodge and driven to Marahau for a kayak back to Kateriteri Beach. They had organised a bespoke trip to suit our groups timetable and location. Our guides where great, well organised, funny and very chilled out. WE got... More

These guys are the absolute best when it comes to having fun! Don't waste your time looking elsewhere for a kayak company- these guys could be stand-up comedians. (Plus they're really, really, really good at their jobs). And the blonde girl behind the desk couldn't be prettier!

We book the Southern Blend tour and had a really enjoyable Easter Sunday doing this trip. You are dropped at the start of the track and instructed where to end your walk (at Watering Cove) before meeting the kayaks to kayak back to Marahau. The walk was really beautiful and we had a reasonable amount of time to complete this... More

We checked out all the brochures and looked online and these guys looked to be the best suited for what we wanted. Also they had a great thick type paper in their brochure (lol but I noticed that) when we went to meet them they were great and laid back, happy to help. Nice and relaxed, great value, perfect for... Sea kayaking novices, our family of 4 (children aged 11 and 9) took to the water in the capable hands of our guide Johanna. We really enjoyed our experience, especially landing on the most idyllic beach we've ever seen where our guide heated up milk on a stove for hot chocolates and coffee! 3 hours was the perfect length of... We did the marine reserve tour and it was beyond anything I could have imagined. We kayaked from Awaroa to Anchorage (because the conditions were so unbelievably pristine it allowed us to go further). We saw little blue penguins, sting rays, seals, and frolicked with a whole gigantic pod of dolphins-they even swam right under our kayaks!!!! Cappucinos on the... More
