A long drive to see it and looked a little dirty the water with lots of people swimming in it. Fenced off and toilets nearby make me wonder where they run into?

I recommend that you see Wadi Al Arbaieen, Bimmah Sinkhole and then Wadi Al Shab in that order if you only have one day and you are driving there yourself. To get to the sinkhole you park at Hawiyat Najm Park which is accessed via...More

Very nice experience with family. Nice steps down to the clean water. Though its a desert, there are many hidden miracles. Did the asteroids form this/from underground, God only knows how it was formed. But you can enjoy the formation. Very quiet place also.

Before we traveled to wadi shab, we stopped off here. Great wee sight to behold. Been here every time I’ve came to Oman. If you like cliff diving, you’ll love the jump from here. Can scuba a bit and wee fish will eat yer skin.

We were lucky enough to have the whole sinkhole for ourselves. Water is gorgeous and also warm. We jumped in from the rocks and took beautiful pictures

We went there yesterday during Ramadhan month. It was very quiet with only 4 other westerners and no local people. Which is perfect for us. As long as you drive a car, it’s very easy to get there. But you have to be aware of...More

An impressive sinkhole that is easily accessible from the road and worth the 15-20 minute detour when heading towards Sur and Wadi Shab. The area around the sinkhole has been landscaped and includes several shaded gazebos and toilet facilities. The sinkhole is circled by a...More

Went here with my wife and a group of friends. It's well worth a visit and is a good place to cool off on the way to Wadi Shab. The only disappointing thing was that someone had crapped in it and there was that and...More

Also public toilet facility available. Also one security post also there. But it is recommended you to not try to jump from the edges and trying to play if you are not an expert swimmer. Overall you can enjoy with your... More
