What a bunch of cowboys , avoid like the plague!

What I can say, a pair of clowns running a dump full of rusted parts welded together ... we were in lampedusa for 6days and didn't chose this place, but were conveniently dropped here by our transfer from "a friend of his"... Of course as nobody would go near this place on purpose.

In the 6 days we had the rental scooter broke down 3 times (yep three times) and when we said it to this friend of the owner she didn't seem one bit shocked.

Of course to make it the full joke experience we were given broken helmets, but best of the best was on our return we said how outrageous it was for the piece of tin he gave us to breakdown 3 times in less than a week and he starts screaming, ranting and raving over it to the tune of "what do you expect for the price you paid etc" = lunatic lampedusa apology, dunno what's more shameless the broken junk he rents out or the joke of an owner.

Long story short, if ur transfer suggests bringing u here cos a "friend he knows" or has some kind of deal with, just tell him to keep on driving and go to any other place.

Have rented for years on holidays, and never got mixed up with cowboy shacks like this until we were dropped off there by a transfer guy, lesson learned... Do yourselves a favour and go for hassle free holiday!
