Good overview of the city especially with small children. The English tour on headphones was very difficult to understand because it was read by and Italian with a strong accent. It would have been much better had it been read by an English or American person without an accent.

Nice personality and very knowledge of the area. A nice visit for a few days…

As the audio is almost impossible to hear and the English difficult to understand this tourist attraction offers nothing. A thorough walk of the area offers more than this uncomfortable ride.

The journey lasts a full 30 mins and although the recorded audio guide playing over the speakers was more of a distraction than anything in Italian and English there was some snippets of interest. We felt that at €16 for the 4 of us on a family ticket represented decent value. The route was beautiful and gave a real feel for the town. A recommended activity, particularly for families with small children. …
