We arrived soon after 7 pm on a Saturday without a reservation. The indoor tables were busy or reserved - there is a good sized garden but it was raining so we sat in the covered terrace [also the smoking area] but it soon became...More

Tranquil garden , cleaned up from previous rubbish. Hard to find- go thru the gates ( top or bottom entry)- see photo of map. A small free library for you if you forget your book!

Worth a visit! We took our 5 year old grand-children with us and they were entranced by the many surprises 'hidden' in the garden.

We came across this delightful garden unexpectedly whilst walking around Cernobbia. It was so refreshing and unusual with a host of wonderful plants and little nooks. Very interesting history to the garden and definitely worth a visit.

While on a walk around the neighborhood, we came across this beautiful park. Would recommend going and reading the story of how it began and seeing what it has become.

It might be a bit of an exaggeration to call it a "hidden gem" (both the top and bottom entrances are well signposted from Via Regina), but it's certainly off the beaten track. The history of it is interesting, as a former municipal tip, and...More

All the gardens I have visited have been manicured and designed to look tame and domesticated. There is nothing wrong in this style. Il Giardino della Valle is unusuall in that it has been allowed to grow as a wild garden. I was not able...More
