Service is quick, knowledgeable and friendly! We were quickly outfitted with 4 bikes for going on the bike path for the entire day. We were equipped with helmets and repair kit and asked which kind of seat we wanted. The store is directly across from the bus station and also conveniently located to the bike path. (Which passes through the parking lot of the bus station). Unfortunately, my husband tore his calf muscle just lifting his leg to get on the bike as we started our trip! They quickly returned our money (via credit card) and were kind enough as we tried to figure out how to proceed and worked out several options. Our friends continued on the trip and saw some beautiful scenery. If we ever come back, we will try again -- and I might even try the e-bike to get me up those hills.…

We used this company for ski hire in Cortina and found them really efficient, helpful and friendly. We had a multi-centre trip to Northern Italy, so decided to hire skis instead of taking our own. I highly recommend this company. Staff are very experienced, equipment excellent, organisation very good and service so friendly. I would definitely use this company again.…
