Never go to this one. Terrible service. We reserved a tasting which was confirmed by the owner. We arrived and one man told us they were closed pff. Never never go!

When we arrived Roberto was not available so his wife stepped in - despite her lack of English and our lack of Italian we actually managed to understand each other. We were served little pieces of cheese and salami whilst we tasted. Roberto took over and explained more about his winery and his wines. We loved them so much we decided to buy quite a few but the card machine wasn't working and we had to reduce how many we bought to the amount of cash we could muster between us. Worth a visit.

A fantastic experience! A beautiful view, delicious wines and such a friendly owner who was very accommodating of our 'tsunami' of a child while we wine tasted.

This winery is off the beaten path but well worth the drive. Roberto the owner is such a great host. We were late in getting there with only 15 minutes left to spare before “lunch”. (vineyards in the area over the summer shut down from 1-3) Roberto was so kind and took his time explaining the process and different wiines. We cut into his lunch time by 45 minutes but we never felt rushed. His wines are so reasonably priced 6-28 euros for a bottle and it was great. We had gone to some fancier vineyards but found his wines to be the best.

Highly recommend going to Tanagatta, the owner was such a friendly man, he even shared his plums. We tasted the wines and am convinced this is one of the best wine we’ve tasted so far!
