the idea is great- follow the track of a former railway road. The scenery is nice (bit nothing more), but since the railway tracks (logically) followed more or less the road spoleto-norcia, you hear the whole time the humming and roaring of cars and motorcycles....More

its a great way to spend a half day doing some activities. I would totally recommend this to burn some calories after eating in Norcia. The only problem is that the ferrovia is quite short.

I took the part from Norcia to Serravalle. The route is cool but only 6 km. Then you would have to go about 8km on the street with cars in order to continue on ferrovia. Anyway, it was good.
