The Cathedral is easily reached, apart from market day on a Saturday when you can lose your bearings. Not a vast church but well worth a look for architecture and art works.

A very beautiful and interesting Duomo. Well worth a visit with interesting medieval frescoes, crypts and silver alter. However some later intrusions sometimes ruin the atmosphere but still worth a visit.

Dropped by fate into this lovely city we sought relief from the heat of the sun and headed here like so many churches in Italy this is so beautiful but much more calm than many. If only there was more of it.!

It houses important pieces of art: a silver altar, a wall tapestry, and a very nice della Robbia Madonna
