We did not get nice weather on this day, but we still enjoyed a lovely stroll through the picturesque town. There is a good map that points out the most remarkable buildings, such as palaces, churches, etc. Follow it and enjoy the stroll!

As you drive around the mountain and Ragusa comes into view, it simply takes your breath away. Be prepared for lots and lots of steps and then some more steps, but all worth it.

The photos say it all. Ibla is a must see to soak up the atmosphere and eat in the evening at one of the many restaurants. Set aside plenty of time to explore this town from one end to the other.

This old part of Ragusa was smaller than we thought so it was lovely to be able to walk around and see everything. We eventually found the free municipal car park- it actually added to the experience, losing our way and going round the scary hairpin bends twice!
