We stayed in Ravello for a week and we loved our visit to Villa Cimbrone. It was so peaceful and the views were amazing. The teahouse lawn was a perfect place to enjoy a panini. Would love to be able to afford to stay there.

If you go to Ravello, you can't miss these gardens. Beautiful winding trails through awesome gardens with the Terrace of Infinity at the back with the most spectacular (and a little bit scary) view. There is also a little cafe at the back that has...More

Ravello is a lovely place and it's garden too. Very nice for a romantic visit we tried to meet the ghost of Greta Garbo but no chance. The statue of Eva is a bit difficult to find and very few indication

This garden with spectacular views is worth the walk up!! Don't miss it! Bring an ample supply of water with you, and a camera. It is just gorgeous but if you are afraid of heights don't go near the edge, it is dizzying. But stunning.

Highly recommend visiting these gardens, absolutely gorgeous and the view is incredible. There is also lots of shade as you walk around and lots to see. There is also a place to get a drink which is lovely.

Lovely place to visit for the gardens and views of the surrounding area. Do not bother with the cafe at the far end. We just wanted a small snack to keep us going and they offered a toasted sandwich. It was terrible and not cheap....More

Is this attraction handicap accessible? I'm not in a wheelchair, but I have severe arthritis, use a cane, and cannot climb many stairs. Thank you for your help.

The main problem is getting from the main square in Ravello to the villa. Once there, you'll find some paths which are smooth but others not really easy for a wheelchair. On the plus side, the views from the gardens are... More

Hello, Wish someone could have a quick reply to me as we'll be there in a week or so. 1- shall we take the guided tour in the Villa Cimbrone, or it has no added value to doing it by ourselves? 2- Concerning public transportation, could anybody advise about the time frame of that: what time till what time is it available, whether taxis or buses? Thanks to all the contributors.
