When we booked the tickets, the guy said the boat wasn't fully booked. I don't know how the boat could have taken any more people. Boat was extremely full, people had to stand. People were pushing each other to get on board, to claim a seat. There were translations in all sorts of languages of which English was not always absent. We went to Panarea, instead of Vulcano. Nobody explained why. Staff was very rude while getting people in board. The Islands were loaded and loaded with tourists, which you should be aware of. Nothing very special to see in the short whiles you are there. …

Rogues working on board and getting kickbacks from a dodgy restaurant where we wasted time and money and walked out hungry (Aladdin restaurant in Lipari) coupled with pushing and shoving to get in and off the vessel and into already crowded and dirty beaches.... are all reasons to stay away. Should have followed our gut feelings! Passengers clapped when we completed the tour. I clapped because we could get off.…

They left us stranded at Stromboli after they left port 10 minutes early So all day and no return calls. We had to use another carrier to get back to tropea. Not much more to say. Disgraceful
