This is a wonderful natural park just a few miles north of Vasto. Clear water, smooth stones to walk on, and beautiful clear water. It is worth a visit!

We had read and heard about this being an amazing place to visit. My immediate reaction was one of "tourism officer looking at anything which could be listed to pull in visitors". However our visit in October may not have done it justice. The beaches...More

Wonderful place, nature and sea. Not bar on the beach so better to have food and drink with you. It is possible to reach the beach by car even in August. Great experience

We Italians aren't famous conservationists, nevertheless this coastal reserve is wonderfully managed and maintained. Staff and basic structures make you feel responsible for the future of this oasis of wildlife and clean waters

A bit difficult to find, but Google maps worked! The beach is accessible on foot and the car has to be left at the top of the cliff. Stairs are carved into the path and not too difficult to negotiate, but definitely not for older...More
