Amazing fun resort near paradise!!

Coming to this great four star apartment style resort was a great experience, what a wonderful place to relax from our hectic lifestyle in Los Angeles. It is up the street from one of the best beaches in Italy. It was voted best beach in Italy in 2013 and 2014. If you are going to come, stay at least a week to see all that there is to see. My wife and I will definitely come back. ☺️

Day trip to Marina di Camerota

We drove down from our hotel on the Amalfi for lunch and the drive through mountains alone makes the trip worth it. The harbour and town is beautiful and colourful. This would be an ideal place to stay for 2 or 3 days at the end of summer aren't too many tourists and there is plenty to see and do

This place is just wonderful! Only reachable by your own boat it offers the perfect place for an awesome day on the beach!

We reached the Baia by boat from Marina di Camerota, a real adventure around a stunning coast!
We were there at the busiest time of the summer holidays so the beach, which is pretty small, was literally packed! but still a great atmosphere!
Cilento is a paradise.

'Tis a long, long walk ....

You can't get to this beach by car but going by boat is only for wimps. Take a walk from Pozzolla beach along the cliffs and catch great views of the sea along the way. Bring water and wear hiking boots. It's quite a hike, about an hour or so. Most of the time, you'll be in the shade but it's on very uneven ground. The route will take you past Cala Bianca, too, so you can make a detour and go there. You'll reach Infrechi at the top of the cliff and from there you climb down to a small beach. The beach really is small ---- maybe only 25 feet wide and 15 deep, and by mid afternoon, you start to lose the sun behind the cliff, so maybe morning is the better time to visit. Views really are spectacular and you can give yourself a pat on the back that you did the route march! Small snack bar located on the cliff top, but it closed by 6 pm when we were there.

Magnificent place

We went there by car. It was an adventure! Real off-roads, maybe not so far as long time to drive but finally we get there. Navigation pint here on trip adviser is not correct, I found it on google maps.
However place is awesome! After you park your car you have to go down the steep walk to get to the beach. Down there at the bay you can have a beach time and then go up and have a drink or some snack at home-pub in the middle of nowhere and grape fields with stunning sea views and wild Italy! It was a fantastic experience!
We were in May afternoon it was to late to have sunbath as the sun was turned away behind the mountains despite that it is west coast, so probably better to go there in the first part of the day (in May).
