This is a little gem of a place to visit. It’s very well thought out as you don’t realise how far you’ve walked but you’re never far from somewhere you recognise. My sons loved it. The gibbons are hilarious as they run up and bang...More

Recently visited with my son and 1 year old grandson. Easy to walk round with the pushchair and animal enclosures accessible. It was an exceptionally hot day and we arrived at 10.00 (opening time). It took us several hours to get round and have lunch...More

Enjoyed our afternoon at this nicely laid out zoo. The big cats looked well cared for an relaxed. Enjoyed otter feeding time😊 Lots of nice shady places for both humans and animals. Well worth a visit.

A well laid out zoo, although the access is very steep, and difficult with a buggy. Not a always easy to see the animals as they have lots of places to hide. My granddaughter loved being able to go in with the goats, even though...More

This is a small zoo, but very well laid out. I took 2 children a 17 year old and 22 year old. Both enjoyed the zoo. The animals are breeding so must be content. It is a reasonable entry price. It is very clean and...More

This was a lovely zoo for a half-day visit. They have been clever enough to make the zoo compact with no long walks to see the animals but without compromising on adequate space for the animals. A route is clearly laid out so that you...More

Not a massive fan of zoos but the kids enjoyed it. Highlights were feeding and stroking and the monkeys. They had quite a sizeable enclosure and the kids loved watching them running around chasing each other. Took us a couple of hours to walk round...More

This is a really fun educational day out for families with children, or adults that like animals! We say a tiger, bears, goats, foxes, deer to name but a few. The surroundings are lush and well kept. The only downside is that some of the...More
