A small museum housed in the former home of Francois Millet, the most famous artist of the Barbizon school. Known for the Angelus (de Millet). The exhibition is nothing special but it is interesting to see the actual place where Millet lived and worked.

This historical little house is run privately by an organization looking after the heritage of Millet. It is right in the center of the beautiful village of Barbizon and the entry is 5 €. On entry you get handed a leaflet with quite some information....More
