Really beautiful walk, the promenade is tree lined, lots of greenery, buskers all the way up to the port. There was also a cinema set up and two bars to stop at and inflatables on the beach.

Fabulous promenade along the seafront of Argeles to the port. Beautifully kept with palm trees and laurier rose. Cleaned daily and beautifully kept. The only downside is beware of the bikes

What do you want from a holiday? Homeless people with their dogs drunk on the grass. Music, screaming and shouting until 2am, People still passed put on the beach at 7am. A group of cleaners working from 6am in the morning to remove broken bottles and rubbish from the pedestrian walkways, left by all night revellers.
People urinating and deficating in the bushes on the promenade. The horrible smell which needs to be disinfected. If these are the things you like why not holiday in Argeles au naturel

Very nice promenade in the pine forest, with lovely sea view and full of flowers. The pine forest is just next to the beach in front of the first line hotels, so nice way to scout for your next hotel

We topped here for something to eat and the chance to stretch our legs as we had really just begun what would be a day of driving.
Very few people around and a big drop in temperatures from when we'd left Barcelona a couple of hours earlier.
A nice place for a stroll.

Nice and flat and clean. A saturday market is taking place which fruit veg and meat cheese and clothing all at good prices.
Lots of bars and restaurants for food and drinks etc..kids on bikes roller blades skateboards etc.

Nice place to visit near the beach - when I attended there was some nice boards about local flora and fauna.
I would say however the toilet facilities were very much lacking - only 2 for an entire beach-worth of people

Had a very nice stroll along the wide tree lined Argeles sur Mer promenade. This is plenty of room for both walkers and cyclists plus many boards containing an exhibition of wildlife photographs.
The combination of the green trees, the golden sandy beach and the turquoise sea makes the promenade very picturesque.

Very nice place to wander along, wide, surfaced and plenty of space for all, including easy access to beach. In summer season pop-up bars and surfer shacks can also be found. Worth whole walk from Argeles down to the port area/marina

This is one of the most enjoyable beach towns in the south of France. The promenade us wide enough for groups, cyclists and tandem riders. Yet the whole area is so clean and tidy with so many shops and restaurants, as well as watersports activities. There is something for every taste. Highly recommended.

Hi we are coming over in our motorhome to watch the under 20 rugby World Cup and thinking of staying in argles sur mer the games are in Perpignan , beziers , and norbouure we have a moter bike on a trailer on the back of the motorhome to get to games , but argles seems that the best place to stay with the prom, and marina

Argeles has plenty of campsites, we’ve stayed in a couple. Depends how close in you want to be. We hire bikes and cycle around.
