This place had lots of wildlife but overall they could have done a better job walking people around and better maintenance.

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. As we like to our wildlife park the best we can. Can you please let me know what was not up to standard so I can follow up with staff. Also I wasn't quite sure what you meant by 'walking people around'? Regards Gena More

The extra fee for the koala encounter was worth it. I was hoping to actually hold one but being in the enclosure alone with the koala and the guide was awesome. You can pet it and the guide was so informative. Take your time and take lots of pictures. The kangaroo / wallaby area was wonderful, too. They were very... More

I visited with my two children (9 and 11yrs); it's a lovely wildlife park where all of the native animals have been rescued for various reasons. The enclosures were very clean, well maintained and all the animals looked well cared for. We bought some food to feed the fish and also the "animals that eat grass", and it was fun... More

Thank you for detailed review and taking the time to complete it. It is a family owned business and we all love what we do. Our food is a little more upmarket and we offer paddock to plate options, but also try to offer lighter meals too like toasted sandwiches, hot chips to suit all budgets. We have a lot... More

Wings wildlife is a fantastic park with lots of Australian animals. All the animals have been rescued except for the fish and birds. So although it's pretty pricey it does go to conservation and rehabilitation. Lots of exciting stuff like feeding fish and kangaroos. Feeding times for the Tassie devils is cool. Great day and would be a perfect thing... More

If you are looking for a high tech zoo, forget it. Although if what you enjoy is a relaxing stroll in a natural setting checking out many native animals, and a few not so native ones, then check it out. Nothing five star just a friendly, fun atmosphere that will not disappoint.

We had a great afternoon at the wildlife park with our toddler. There was plenty to see and everything was very close. There were a large number of animals both in the farm area and in the wildlife park. Would definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area.

The park is definitely an ideal spot for families, not so much a solo traveller. Onsite accommodation, family discounts, private tours of the park and interaction with lots of animals.

We booked our tour through the Makers Workshop. Although it was raining, we still had a great tour. We were on time for the feeding of the Tasmanian Devils which was definitely a highlight. It's very busy on Cruise Ship days, but we managed to get there fairly early so we beat the crowds, especially the Cruise Ship Tours!
