Very nice local museum initiative that tells the story of the various forces that fought in the region during the battles of ww2. With excellent enthusiastic gentlemen that show their finds from the battlefields in the region. You have to contact them to see the museum.

"Combat Road" museum is a surprising museum about the liberation of the region and the fighting in the Gustav line. The museum is maintained by a group of enthusiastic friends, who are very hospitable. Almost all the objects on display have been found themselves or are donations from the local population. They have partnered with the "Italian Dog Tag return project" to find relatives of soldiers who fought in Italy and have already handed over a number of personal items to the surviving family members. The museum is a "must do" if you are in the area of Monte Cassino.
