The Rathaus (City Hall) illuminates a scandal in this community that undermined the reputation of this Imperial Free City. Although a respected city in the Hanseatic League your may see and hear the story in an English video. Don't miss this interesting part of history.

this is the Old Rathaus used before the 1200s thru 1600s rught on the main square, with wall to ceiling paintings (1400's I think) that reallu should be seen, they will statr a flim about the painting and history in English if you request it....More
