Its architecture is good but it is not of very ancient period. It is said that Sita mata used it to prepare foods for family & saints.Beware of local guides who will extort money in the name of temple construction.

Sita ki rasoi is just a place which try to connect the devotees with the Ramayan era. The architecure is really good.
