This is one of the best place you can find in Switzerland! The high mountains with the lake together are just magical! If you are looking for an incredible Swiss view: this is the place you have to go!

Scenic area with a great view of the lake. Good for a walk, a good little park for the kids and mini golf as well. Add to this the multitude of close by restaurants and you are on a winner.

This place, not much more than a green meadow in summer, symbolizes the affiliation of 700.000 Swiss people living abroad , demonstrating their solidarity with the homeland. This is shown in an somewhat lackluster poster exhibition. For a non-Swiss tourist of marginal interest only. However...More

Prominent spot close to centre of Brunnen. Lakeside views are dramatic. Do not forget to look at the collection of posters. The children's area reflected on a practical joke many years ago on TV. No, there is no monster in the Lake Lucerne.

Just next to the Auslandersschweizerplatz is a playground, cafe and minigolf. Perfect stop for families to enjoy:-)

The Auslandschweizerplatz in Brunnen is a very special place. It's a wonderful flat area with grass surrounded by a lakeside footpath. Wheelchair/pushchair/walking frame friendly. If you are travelling by car, head for the harbour (follow blue parking signs) it's only a 2-3 minute walk away....More
