Amazing habitat for frogs. Passionate and very helpful owner Jose is leading the tour himself. Perfect place for spotting THE red eye frog. On top of that we saw a baby slot h!

My wife and I visited in March 2017 and spent a very enjoyable hour or so in the grounds of this farm. The family have created the perfect environment for various types of frogs and can collect these and place them in a perfect spot with a flower or similar so that you can get the stunning photographs that are... I had a guided tour of this amazing place in February 2017. A frog-friendly environment has been created here, the grounds are watered daily and there are tiny ponds situated around the grounds, so frogs are encouraged to live here. All the frogs are wild, none are in captivity, so you never know what you are going to see! I... More

We stopped by without a reservation while a school group was on a tour so Jose came and got us set up in a great bird watching spot while he finished their tour. His dad came by and told us (in Spanish, Jose speaks English, Dutch & Spanish) about the birds and nearby plants. His knowledge was fantastic and much... More

We made the effort of visiting Frogs Heaven even though it wasn't part of our original travel plans, and we're very happy that we did! A perfect couple of hours spent in the gardens together with Jose, the main owner/operator, and we got to see several frogs and colourful birds. Coffee was excellent also :-) Thanx Jose!

We had a fabulous couple of hours with Josue. He talked through native plants, vegetables and customs with lots of smelling and tasting straight off the plants. Then onto frog spotting and with that, so much information about habitats and environment. Spotted 4 frogs and a bonus viewing of many birds at the feeding station Great morning -deff worth the... Nice tour through the garden. Seen lots of frogs, plants and even a (freshly captured) Boa Constrictor. A lot of photo material. For us it was 25 USD p.p. Quite expensive, but we were not surprised considering the cost of all other activities in Costa Rica. Wouldn't want to have missed this!
