First off you have the option to check out Zenith beach which can I just say WOW absolutely breathtaking. Then the walk begins to the summit of Mount Tomaree, and my fitness is not the best but attempted to hold it together as there were...More

Tomaree Head offers fun and adventure for all ages. Swim, Snorkle, Dive, Fish, SUP and more. View, from beach, boat or mountain top, the resident Dolphins as they cavort in the bay. Soak up the sun while picnicking, or grab a beer or a cuppa...More

If you don't mind a small uphill walk or harmless garden-orb spiders dangling a few metres from your head, this is definitely the lookout for you! The view of the bays is phenomenal and on a good day you can see for miles. I was...More

A great moderate climb to the summit of Tomaree Head. Totally enjoyable walk, of some incline, to see some absolutely wonderful views. On a bright sunny, but not too hot day, even better. Highly recommended.

The views are spectacular and the steep walk seems totally worth it once you are there, and then the walk down doesn't feel a thing. Went around sunset time, so the views were even better. Recommended !

We enjoyed this walk. Went near sunset and it was beautiful all the way. Is certainly a bit of a workout. Good free parking at the base. Tracks were very well maintained and signed.

This was a challenging but totally worthwhile hike to the top! We were rewarded by whales frolicking off the coast. Felt impressed by myself for making it without collapsing and the view was stunning! Just take your time...not that bad at all!

If you have moderate fitness levels, this is a must do activity weather you're a local or a visitor to the area. You'll arrive at the far end of shoal Bay Beach to be greeted by a path beginning the ascent to the top. Take...More
