Have to say I was amazed at how good the place was! Not sure what I expected (even though it is the "national" reptile zoo...). Staff were super friendly and really good with the kids. Very informative and the kids got the chance to hold some of the reptiles. Would definately go back.

I visited here with my two sons yesterday. My older lad was somewhat fascinated by the reptiles but you'd be in and out in 30 minutes. Nothing special at all

Had great day today. Plenty of reptiles to see. Not overpriced .very friendly staff and knowledgable too.will be back.

This is a great place for kids to learn theres a play area a little coffee dock the staff are very informative an take an animal out at different intervals for the kids to hold or touch an the kids get to ask questions an learn there every type of reptile you can think of definately recommend it

Took the children I was minding there and they had an absolute blast. The staff was great and exhibits held the children's attention. Very cool!

Called in this week with my 2 and 3 yr old. It was a Monday morning so it was quite. My kids really enjoyed the experience. Loved that all the enclosures were at kid level and I found that the kids loved running from one to the next to spot the animal in each. They also really enjoyed the animal... More

We visited here while on a family holiday in Kilkenny. It was fantastic and out 2yr old loved it. Loads to see and do and very informative. Staff were great. The best part of a visit is the animal interaction part which is very interesting and enjoyable. Make sure you get to see this as without it the place is interesting but quite small. 2 adults and a child was €27 - when you add in the interaction/education piece this is well worth it.
