Love this park, such a lovely walk and lots to see. There’s a little waterfall that you can climb down to and a lovely little shallow river. Good walking paths some with options of steps. Ewloe castle is partially there with steps so you can climb to the top. There is also a large children’s play area.

Lovely park, well maintained paths with a lovely cafe that does a cracking breakfast. The staff and volunteers clearly care about the place.

Really great walk through the woods. We took our dog and walked up to the castle for the most part it a nice easy walk. Always full of other friendly dog walkers, we have never encountered any aggressive dogs and the owners are all very sensible for the most part. It takes about an hour to walk to the castle and back the last part of the walk up to the castle is a bit steep and has a few stairs but getting to the castle is worth it. the cafe/visitor centre is love and has a great selection of hot and cold drinks, cake, and little knick knacks. there is also a large park for kids as well as a ramp + half pipe skating area

Too many people - rubbish everywhere. A nice place ruined by over advertising. Perhaps if they charged for the car park it would be better maintained

Good play areas for under 12 year old children.
Decent cafe and toilets.
Walk to Ewloe Castle was OK. Lots of dogs off the lead but all well behaved.
Bit of a climb to the castle and not suitable for anyone with ambulatory problems.
Free car park.

Please be careful when out with your dogs. Today me,my young son and puppy was in a bad situation. My dog is a puppy and i let him off the lead when this crazy man started screaming and waving his hands at me and my young son, we were both terrified. This was an a attack on us. This crazy man was going mad for me to put my puppy on his lead. The crazy man was also taking pictures of me and my young son. As i followed slowly behind him it wasn't just us who fell victim to him. This man needs to be stopped he is crazy and dangerous. Please take care of yourselfs and your dogs. The place is beautiful and I am very sorry that people like this freak come over there and spoil the whole day.

We went on a very empty day which was a bit spooky. The cafe was lovely and the staff friendly. The waterfall is gorgeous and the walk interesting. The children's park is great too. Would definitely return.

Good to get out in the fresh air with much needed exercise. Free parking and free to visit.
Would recommend for any age for at least a visit.
