Tried many cheeses here today. Our problem was narrowing down how many to buy. After we treated ourselves to ice creams. They were delicious. Such different flavours. It was lovely to be able to sit outside and watch the cows go through the milking shed to. All added to the authenticity.

A great lunch spot with free cheddar cheese tasting! We liked everything we ordered and recommend getting the moo burger - it was simple but very tasty!

Got stuck there for 3 hours due to car problems. If you get stuck somewhere, better in a place like this. Food was very good, cheese tasting is fun for all the family. The cheese itself is very good. Ice cream as well! Kids were happy to see the cows The stuff was very nice to us and very helpful... More

The dairy and cafe are in a very picturesque area and the drive to get there is worth doing anyway even without the lure of Tasmania's best cheddar at the end of it.

What a great find. This was one of the best meals we had while in Tasmania. The young staff were so friendly and provided a great experience. We bought cheese, caps and other presents for friends there. While having an awesome meal. I had quiche which was creamy and filling. My partner devoured a very large pie which looked fantastic... We were in the holy cow cafe for lunch and was pleasantly rewarded with great beef burger, cheese pizza, brownies and lovely milkshakes. Make no mistakes, the food here is fantastic and fresh. The people here definitely goes the extra mile to make their food beyond expectations. Beef burger was tender and flavorful. It was juicy and was very appetizing.... More

The young lady at the cheese tasting counter was v good and we tasted most of the varieties and bought the tasty cheddar and chives flavoured, rates were decent too. The restaurant is over rated, we had ordered pumpkin soup, which was more like a purée than a soup, there was vegetarian pizza too with 3 cheese and my son... More

We detoured to this well-marketed stop and were very pleased that we did. I'm a quality food hunter and can contentedly place the Holy Cow's beef pot pie high on my list of superb lunches - rich home-cooked flavour with tender beef and veg with no gristle. As well I commend the barista on making perfect soy cappuccinos to accompany... More

I stopped in here for coffee but decided to have lunch. I had the pot pie which on the day was steak and vegetable. It came in a earthen ware pot with a puff pastry top. The was lots of steak and the gravy was very good. I watched other meals come out and next time I will have the... More
