Fantastic surroundings with a few different trails to choose from around the house and down by the river. We also had a tour of the house which way very interesting and was very impressive. Highly recommend a visit as it is very beautiful.

We were only able to stay briefly due to our our itinerary but managed the house tour and wow it was worth it. It was quiet so we were the only people on our tour - Isobel our guide was fabulous and the house was fascinating. Well worth visiting and one of the most enjoyable and interesting NT properties that... More

Second visit , Edith our guide was just marvellous, she had a fantastic personality and a long association with the house therefore had a vast knowledge of the history, her grandmother had been a maid .

Not as large or grand as many stately homes, The Argory provides an insight into gentry life in the north of Ireland from the 1820s until the 1970s as lived by the McGeough Bonds. The house is little altered from the mid-1800s and filled with the family’s furniture and artifacts. A 50-minute tour gives one an appreciation for the history... More

I visited here on Saturday 29th April 2017, my first time at the Argory and I must say that I was very pleased. I walked along the River and was met by two young lads at a hut who were very pleasant. I was offered a reasonably priced family ticket and was advised on getting a membership with the National... More

Little gem of a place in rural location. Plenty of walks along the river. Lots of fun for kids with the zip slide and playground. We were there at Easter so took part in an egg hunt which the kids loved.

This property has many gorgeous walks and has a park for children with a zip swing. Great for spending time with the children, meeting others in the park and walking dogs. Yesterday I took 2 of my nephews who are 7 and 5 and they had a ball. They were hungry for dinner when we got home.

What a lovely place to visit. We really enjoyed the tour of the house and the grounds were really lovely and great walks within the grounds. You have a courtyard where you can get a drink and something to eat.

Hi arrived at Argory off m1 from moy or loughgall turn off. Rushed into courtyard to house and as we were cutting it fine for last house tour at 4pm. At house front door it explains to go back to visitor centre to pre book tour. A bit confusing where this is, tried shop and they directed me to visitor... More
