Nice spot apart from the fact that it is often full of offenders finishing their sentences on easy Street. Avoid and if you are going don't go by yourself

Beautiful old building with original dark wood furniture and fixtures.Healing church service on first and third Monday of each month in the chapel- very moving even if you are not unwell.

This is an excellent place to drop in for quiet prayer while there is of course daily Mass and organised retreats, there are lots of opportunities to drop in to speak with one of the resident priests or to pray alone in the beautiful chapel....More

Situated in Benburb village, the Priory provides access to walks along the Blackwater river and past Benburb Castle. The waterfall and river bridge afford opportunity to stroll through wooded space that is steeped in history. The village is small, tidy and pleasant.
