Nice little harbour to wander along but in desperate need of some seating. Would have been nice to have sat and watched the world go by for an hour or so but all there is to sit on is the concrete wall - not good...More

Loved the little marina here today. Weather was okay but nice speaking to some of the fisherman too about the boats and changes over the years. Worth a visit.

Definitely not to be missed if you're out and about in Carrickfergus. You can take a leisurely stroll around, there's plenty to look at and wonderful views.

A lovely marina and you can wander all around it. Good on a nice day - but today was rainy, but still nice.

Parked in a large, free, Car Park just beside the Castle and walked past Carrickfergus Castle, and the Harbour, and there it was, a large Marina, with lots of boats, which I had not seen from the road. There is a nice walk along the...More

I was here for a meeting. Great venue, a building with a balcony overlooking the marina. A boat was chugging towards the harbour mouth, then back, then out again. OK, I guess that passes the time. Great view over the roof of the Windrose of...More

Carrickfergus is such a pretty little place with great views all around as many locations along the Causeway have however the downtown was filled with shops that had closed down or pseudo charity shops.
