It’s an old station which happily means you can sit inside while waiting. I like it because it looks like a proper station. It gets 5 stars because the staff are unfailingly pleasant and helpful

Very helpful and friendly staff. Go the extra mile to help out. Several visits to the station whilst on holiday and always the same.

Car park can be full mid morning, so leave time to go across the road to the St Brides St car park. Staff are pleasant and the station is kept clean and tidy. Use service once a week and can not complain about timekeeping. Cuts...More

I walk in, and nearly take a tumble. The floor had been washed, and was as slippery as an ice rink. Yes, when I looked there was one of those yellow signs out warning people, but the whole waiting room was in a very treacherous...More

The staff are friendly and polite and helpful. The station itself is clean and heated which is lovely in winter. For book-lovers, there is a bookshelf for you to grab a free book and entertain yourself while you wait for the trains which are rarely...More

Fine old station, it's just a shame that translink is such a poorly managed company, public transport needs to be reliable and affordable, NIR is neither, trains late and overpriced. Managment needs to be replaced with people who have studied modern transport systems.
