The site overlooks the Downhill beach on one side and is simply beautiful. It's a historical site and the walk to the location is really beautiful.

This place was a welcome variance compared to Giants Causeway which is so full of people you can hardly breath in Summer. This place you can loose your soul and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and ruins without seeing too many people. Well worth a afternoon...More

Went today to the temple and luckily the weather was amazing so the walk was beautiful. The views of the coast and the surroundings are breathtaking. The temple itself is cool though nothing special, but worth the visit for the view.

Hi, hope I'm not too late with the answer. Parking is free and from what I gather you can pretty much enter the site at any time. The visitor's center may just be closed. It's a bit of a trek to get to the temple... More
