Visited it recently on a Sunday. It was very busy and unable to get a seat. I would suggest this is the normal, and would think it will not improve as the weather improves and the band concerts on Sundays commence

This is a great place to start a cycle along the canal to either Newry or Portadown. Both about 10 miles. Car park is small but free. Either have coffee before you cycle or on your return.

After a lovely stroll along the towpath we decided to stop for a break. We got a great welcome despite arriving after 4 and were served the best tray brakes with tea and coffee I have had in a long time....fresh and full of flavour.

Very popular stop-off point for cyclists and walkers on the Portadown-Newry towpath. Picturesque village and excellent coffee and food while you study the extensive range of tourism brochures on one of the most scenic spots in Ulster.
